If there are biting plants in the way, can you jump really really high? Then the plants can't bite because you will be too far away... oh! I made a window hole! Can you jump to a window hole? I can make it bigger, put soft things on the other side.

[Several of their party members have rancid vibes so honestly, there's little Rennuid could do to scare them off with vibes alone. Karte doesn't care as long as it gets the attention it wants. Even Ain gives the good scritches sometimes...
